This patch fixes a very minor
glitch in the List Manager Tool Set that can cause
erroneous keyboard navigation under certain circumstances
(namely, the keyboard navigation key buffer isn't cleared
when the list's contents are rebuilt).
This patch does appear to conflict with one or two
programs, such as EGO Systems' Balloon, but not in any way that's
reproducible enough to try to fix.
