Patches GSBug 1.6 (and only this version of GSBug) to change the key combination used to forcibly enter GSBug from Control-Apple-Option-Esc to Control-Apple-Shift-Esc. This lets you get into GSBug in Bernie ][ The Rescue, which you can't do otherwise (since Mac OS uses Apple-Option-Esc to force-quit a program).
