Cleaner Clean Up is a Finder
extension that can help you avoid accidentally shuffling
around the icons on your desktop if you unintentionally
choose the Special menu's "Clean Up" option while there
aren't any Finder windows open.
With Cleaner Clean Up installed, choosing Clean Up in
that situation will present an alert asking you if you're
sure you want to clean up the desktop. This is great for
people (like me) that sometimes play with the menus like
a bunch of yo-yos.
